Screenshots are something I get ask often how do I take them, I have given instructions on previous post but it looks like the developers over at Robota Softwarehouse have made life much easier for iPhone user to take a screenshot with the release of their new GUI app.

I must say it’s an earlier release and all the bugs haven’t been worked out, I don’t like the fact that it saves the file in your tmp directory and therefore not showing up in your iPhone’s Photo’s list like the other command line alternative. Therefore I would wait on this one especially if you’re an iPhone installer newbie.

  • there is a new version of screenshot available on the site, it saves to the camera roll and solves many problems. Just add iphone.robota.nl to your Installer sources.
